  1. Live in day-tight compartments. Don’t borrow trouble from tomorrow. Deal with one problem at a time and don’t let your worries consume you.
  2. Avoid hurry and worry. Take your time and do things at your own pace. Don’t rush and don’t worry about things that are out of your control.
  3. Don’t fuss about trifles. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on the big picture and don’t let the little things get you down.
  4. Use the law of averages to your advantage. Don’t worry about things that are unlikely to happen. The odds are in your favor that most things will work out in the end.
  5. Cooperate with the inevitable. There are some things in life that you can’t control. Accept them and move on. Don’t waste your time and energy worrying about things that you can’t change.
  6. Don’t try to solve all your problems at once. Pick one problem at a time and focus on solving it. Don’t try to do too much at once or you’ll just get overwhelmed.
  7. Take care of yourself. Get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly. When you take care of yourself, you’re better able to handle stress and worry.
  8. Don’t dwell on the past. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Don’t let the past hold you back.
  9. Don’t worry about what other people think. Focus on your own happiness and don’t worry about what others think of you.
  10. Help others. When you help others, you take your mind off your own problems and you feel good about yourself.
